SHIPPING & PROCESSING POLICY

At Glamour My Hair, we are dedicated to providing you with luxury hair extensions and a seamless shopping experience. This commitment extends beyond our products to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping process.  

STANDARD PROCESSING

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. To qualify for same-day shipping, orders must be placed by 12:30 PM EST.  

Please Note: Orders placed over the weekend, including those with overnight shipping, will be processed and shipped on the next business day.  

STANDARD SHIPPING

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Our standard shipping is handled by UPS and typically takes:  

During major sales, processing times may extend to 7 to 10 business days due to high order volume. We still process orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Overnight orders placed during a sale will also be processed and shipped on the next business day.  

Our standard sale shipping follows the same 1-4 business day delivery timeframe via UPS. Orders placed during sales may experience slight delays due to increased demand. We appreciate your patience as we work swiftly to get your order to you.  

Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit. However, we recommend adding shipping protection at checkout for peace of mind, ensuring coverage in case of any shipping issues.  

To avoid any scheduling conflicts, we recommend placing your order with these timeframes in mind before booking your hair appointment.
